Even everyday housewives, executives, and Average Joe’s, ranging in age choose CrossTraining classes as their fitness of choice for it’s ability to produce remarkable results incredibly fast!
CrossTraining classes are diverse in every aspect ensuring you stay excited about fitness! The exercises are designed to be scalable making it ideal for any experience or age level and customizable to your abilities.
Classes include a dynamic warm up, total body stretch, skills, strength training, and a WOD (workout of the day). Combinations of Olympic lifting, bodyweight/gymnastic movement, and metabolic/cardiovascular training will keep your body guessing and keep your results coming!
Workouts are completed within one-hour group classes. This provides you hands-on, personal attention from the coach that is necessary for your safety and success. You will be challenged both mentally and physically in your workouts and will find a great sense of camaraderie within the group.
