Step 1: Sign up for the FREE 7-Day unlimited trial pass.
Step 2: Reserve your classes in advance online
Step 3: Like us on Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Google+, Yelp to access news, updates, and the WOD (Workout of The Day).
Step 4: Arrive 5 minutes early to class
Step 5: Bring a towel, water bottle, and wear comfortable breathable clothing.
Step 6: Make sure to pay close attention to instruction and perform exercises correctly for safety and effectiveness.
Step 7: Make Drink lots of water and continue to move and stretch during the next 24-48 hours to reduce soreness.
Step 8: Come back the next day and do it all over again to start on the right path to achieving maximal results!
RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS
Club One Athletics operates via an online reservation system. This allows members to book and cancel classes and buy class packages at their convenience from any computer. We restrict the size of our classes to allow for maximum one-on-one coaching time, so please book or cancel early! Penalties may be imposed for no-shows! 24 hours’ cancellation is requested
