FAST TRAIN
Burn fat fast with this dynamic 30-minute, circuit training program developed and offered exclusively at Club One Athletics.
Fort lauderdale Crosstrain Classesand the CrossFit style WODs (Workout of the Day).
Each class consists of 3 rounds of 8 stations. Members rotate from station to station at one minute intervals, taking a 2 minute break at the completion of each circuit. Exercises including kettlebells, body weight movement and core training are constantly varied to ensure you continue to get results
FastTrain classes are offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays and are popular with new members as a transition back into fitness as well as with athletes as a compliment to their current fitness program!
