FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS
During the 5-week competition that overlaps the CrossFit Open, we raise over $1000 each for 5 local charities over 5 weeks! This fun and exciting family friendly event is a great way to test your fitness and strengthen your bonds in and outside the gym. Each coach drafts a team of members, and leads them to greatness with specialized coaching, encouragement, team building. Teams earn points for team spirit, representing the gym, fundraising, and bringing friends among may other categories! We have sponsorships by our best businesses as well as silent auctions, raffles, and donations to raise money. There are vendors providing anything from FREE Beer to FREE chiropractic and Massage. You don’t want to miss this event each Spring!
