Healthy kids push, pull, run, throw, climb, lift and jump. Used my many fitness programs including home, public, and privates schools, Kids Training is essential is teaching kids about the benefits of fitness and healthy living.

By forming these habits in early years, kids are ensuring a lifetime of protection from health related problems. We focus on developmental tasks and movements, improving cognitive and physical skills in a fun and exciting environment.

Group classes include a warm up, stretch, skills, and an engaging workout that will challenge new students and conditioned athletes at the same time. Classes are always changing format with new exercises, games, and workouts, to ensure kids are continually interested and involved in their own health and fitness.

All classes are taught safely and effectively under the close supervision of thoroughly trained and certified fitness instructors. We hand select the Kids Training coaches for their professional accreditations and outstanding demeanor. We know how important your kids are to you and want you to know how important they are to us.
