Club One provides a safe, fun, and educational community to help you reach your goals. CrossTrain Classes, Fast Train Classes, Kettlebell/Core Class, Olympic Lifting Class, Weight Loss, Nutrition, Personal Training, and Strength Coaching are some just of the services we offer.
FastTrain:
This fun and fast paced FastTraining workout will improve strength, burn fat, and get you in shape FAST. Consisting of a short 3 rounds of 8 stations, for only 30 minutes, it includes body weight movements, kettlebells, and cardio stations. This exciting class is a great way to improve conditioning, core strength, and joint stability with a high calorie burn. Anyone can take the fast train to fitness!
CrossTraining:
This hour long CrossTraining class includes a dynamic warm up, group stretch, skills, strength training, and a WOD (workout of the day). Warm ups are designed specifically for the movements in each class. Skills may include cardiovascular/metabolic training, bodyweight/gymnastic movement, strength training, or any combination of the above. Each WOD includes both a scaled and advanced option for beginner and competitive athletes to achieve your goals!
Personal Training:
Your custom-tailored personal training program amplifies your results from the moment you start. Hands-on guidance ensures you participate in a safe and effective exercise regimen, designed you have you reach your goals and improve the way you look and feel. Certified trainers provide professional support guaranteeing you continue moving forward toward the new and improved you!
Kids Training:
Healthy kids should be able to push, pull, run, throw, climb, lift and jump effectively and safely regardless of whether they play sports. This high energy and exciting kids fitness program is fun fitness designed to improve overall well being from performance in the gym to performance in the classroom!
Olympic Lifting Class:
Wednesdays at 6pm learn how to lift heavy with perfect form. This class is sure to increase your strength, range of motion, and technique. Personal training in a group setting will have you hitting new records in the gym.
Tabata/Kettlebell Class:
Mondays at 6pm get your core strong and your stomach flat with this high speed class utilizing the Tabata protocol designed by Dr. Tabata. Each exercise consists of 8 rounds of 20 seconds of exercise with 10 seconds of rest between.
Core/Kettlebell Class:
Fridays at 5pm work with kettlebells for overall strength, then target your abs with a core workout sure to get you ripped.
Open Gym:
Come in Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm to work on your skills or strength to improve your performance. The gym is open to auto-pay members who are proficient and committed to getting results. Coaching is available upon request.
Destination Workouts:
Join us as we venture out to other gyms for a different perspective on coaching and go head-to-head with other athletes in a friendly and fun competition setting.
Beach/Park Bootcamps:
Get some sun and enjoy the Florida weather while working out with your friends. These dynamic classes include running and body weight movements sure to incinerate fat!
Nutrition/Supplement Programs:
Whether it’s a 24-Day Challenge to improve your health, or a Performance Challenge to maximize your results, we have a solution for you. Club One Athletics also offers individual Advocare solutions and custom meal plans to support you reaching your goals!
